The friendliness of the staff was amazing, from Myles on reception to the the lady who cooked the omelettes for us every morning. We were given advice on places to visit, where to park and the best times to go places. The breakfasts every morning were fantastic from fresh scrambled eggs and crispy bacon, to omelettes made in front of you to continental style and cereals and fruit and pastries. We didn't eat again until evening! The pool was small but never busy and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The spa is a real treat and there are often flyers at breakfast with the days discounted packages. There is a lift and easy access and if required underground parking.

The location was great. Very close walking distance to the Lake Garda. The staff was exceptional. They did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. Big thank you to the receptionist team Myles, Nancy and Matilde. They helped us in everything they just could. Matilde even gave us her own umbrella on a rainy day just to make sure we have everything. Elisa and Tiziana the kitchen team gave a great service. They made a very tasty breakfast and filled up the plates fast to make sure that everything is spot on. Francesca from the Beauty salon also gave an exceptional service. They have been all very friendly and we felt as a part of a big family.

The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. They helped us with plenty of good advice and arranged taxis for us on a few occasions. Nancy, Mathilde, Miles and Christian all helped us at various times throughout our stay and couldn't have done more for us. The air con in the room did stop working for one night and the room could do with some maintenance but we really enjoyed our stay overall.

The location is ideal for beachgoers. It is just a 10 minute walk to the beach. Hikers will be interested in the nearby nature reserve. Breakfast included a lot of sweet and savoury options. The spa had a hot tub.
